Adjusting strokes accurately takes time and experienced employees. If it has to be fast and accurate, the LDM 400 (= length stop de Man) offers the perfect solution. The automatic positioning system enables precise and fast processing of long goods on stationary machines. The LDM 400 can be installed on almost any machine, regardless of whether it is drilling, milling or sawing. Special feature: The length stop can also be positioned between two machines as version "Z" and operate both!
The high-precision system is easy and intuitive to operate directly via the touch screen monitor on the machine. Alternatively, the LDM 400 can transfer data from industry software. The positioning drive moves at a speed of 1m/sec. exactly to the previously entered desired dimension and the machining process can be started directly. The LDM 400 increases machining quality while significantly minimizing machining time. With regular loading, the system pays for itself within a short time.
The length stop LDM 400 can be easily coupled to the existing machines and adjusted. It has been specially developed for the subsequent expansion of • saws • drilling machines • milling machines • cross-cut saws
