Under no circumstances will the data collected be sold or passed on to third parties for any other reason.

The following declaration gives you an overview of how we guarantee this protection and what type of data is collected and for what purpose. Please keep in mind, however, that data transmission over the Internet can always be subject to security gaps. Full protection against access by third parties cannot be achieved.

Integration of services and content from third parties

It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, is integrated into this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers save the IP address e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform the users about it.

Analysis tools and advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is transmitted to the USA. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Browser plugin

Plugins and tools

Google Maps (with consent)

This website uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure data protection on this website, Google Maps is deactivated when you enter this website for the first time. You can find more information on the handling of user data in Google's data protection declaration: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Own services

Dealing with candidate data

We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by email or post). In the following, we will inform you about the scope, purpose and use of your personal data collected during the application process. We assure that the collection, processing and use of your data takes place in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other legal provisions and that your data will be treated as strictly confidential.

Scope and purpose of data collection

If you send us an application, we will process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes in the context of job interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG-new under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (general contract initiation) and - if you have given your consent - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to people who are involved in processing your application.

If the application is successful, the data you submit will be processed on the basis of § 26 BDSG-new and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR and stored in our data processing systems for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.

Retention period of the data

If we cannot make you a job offer, you reject a job offer or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to store the data transmitted by you based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR) up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). The data is then deleted and the physical application documents are destroyed. The storage serves in particular for verification purposes in the event of a legal dispute. If it can be seen that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place if the purpose for further storage no longer applies.

A longer storage can also take place if you have given the appropriate consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or if there are legal retention obligations to prevent deletion.

Contact

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or via one of the e-mail addresses mentioned on the website, your details, including the contact details you provided, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily given consent.

Newsletters and mailings

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to ensure that the newsletter is sent out in a consensual manner. In the course of this, the potential recipient can be included in a distribution list. The user then receives a confirmation e-mail to confirm the registration in a legally secure manner. The address is only actively included in the distribution list if the confirmation is given.

We only use this data to send the requested information and offers.

Brevo (Sendinblue) is used as the newsletter software. Your data will be transmitted to Sendinblue GmbH. Sendinblue is prohibited from selling your data or using it for purposes other than sending newsletters. Sendinblue is a provider tested by TÜV Rheinland with a server location in Germany, which was selected in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act.

Further information for newsletter recipients can be found here: https://www.brevo.com/ de/information-newsletter-recipient/

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter or by e-mail to info_at_deman.de. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with sending the newsletter.

The data protection measures are always subject to technical updates, for this reason we ask you to inform yourself about our data protection measures at regular intervals by inspecting our data protection declaration.
