Robot packs lunchboxes

Trade fair application de Man_LIGNA

de Man Automation + Service presents highlight at LIGNA: From May 27th until May 31st the LIGNA in Hanover opens its gates. The world's leading trade fair for tools, machines and systems for woodworking and processing shows innovations and applications for an entire industry. de Man Automation + Service GmbH & Co. KG from Borgholzhausen is also there and has come up with something very special: at the booth of the specialist for automation technology, a robot packs lunch packets for trade fair visitors!

Hungry trade fair visitors should definitely stop by in hall 16 at booth C27: Here a robot fills a box with delicious ingredients for a small breakfast: a board made of wood, bread, honey and jam. Of course, the "useful" demonstration object can be taken away by the visitors. With the presentation, de Man is demonstrating its high level of competence in the compilation of mixed boxes with a wide variety of products. The presented robot cell is characterized by maximum flexibility and can be individually adapted to different types of cartons and products. However, the palletizing area is also a focus in de Man's portfolio. For example, the automation specialist has delivered three palletizing systems to Frisia Möbelteile GmbH. At LIGNA, the experts at de Man would be happy to explain to interested visitors how they can also use the company's innovative solutions to make their production, packaging and storage processes more efficient.
